Firecast engages people across channels using interactive messages, alerts and
notifications. Replies from the multi-channels are captured, and auto-response
rules can be set to perform automated actions and to send responses based on
the content of the reply. If people cannot be contacted or if the issue cannot
be resolved, Auto Responders can be used to escalate the crisis notification to
higher level or to a different team.
